Happy Box (www.happybox.city), one of the pioneering companies in introducing Artificial Intelligence and the use of chatbots in the delivery sector, has obtained the approval of the public company Enisa for a participative loan of 300,000 euros.
Enisa has valued the competitive advantage of Happy Box and its commitment to innovation in the sector, authorizing this loan once the capital increase of the firm managed through Crowdcube has been completed. "This is a boost for the startup's business that will speed up its growth and expansion in the international market," says the company.

The company has developed a proprietary technology that allows it to optimize the delivery of packages through the application of Artificial Intelligence and a chatbot with the user who has to receive the package and that allows him to modify the time and place of delivery to avoid the feared failed delivery. It currently has a presence in the main Spanish cities: Malaga, Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Seville and Murcia.
The head of Happy Box, José María Martín, explained yesterday that with this loan "we will be able to considerably accelerate the internationalization process of the company". Furthermore, with the help of this funding, Happy Box hopes to bring forward its arrival in the UK to 2020.
